Supervison

What is Supervison for Provisionally Licensed Therapists?

Supervision is apart of the journey to becoming a confident and skilled therapist with guidance from a fully licensed and experienced therapist. It's a structured process where a seasoned professional, like myself, provides support, feedback, and mentorship to therapists who are just starting out.

For provisionally licensed therapists, supervision is like having a trusted mentor by their side, offering guidance every step of the way. It's a space where they can ask questions, seek advice, and reflect on their experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

How I Can Help through Supervision:

Supervision with me will help you as a new therapist grow and develop your skills. You get to learn from my experience as a therapist, gaining insights and perspectives they might not have considered on their own.

It also help you navigate the emotional challenges of the job, explore your own reactions, biases, and blind spots, learning how to manage them effectively in therapy sessions.

This journey is to help guide you on your path to becoming a confident and competent therapist as you embark on your journey to helping others.
